Cancellation Policy

If your preferred time and day isn't available, please contact 021 162 6209 to arrange possible slot outside of the working hour. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 12 hour notice. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 3 hours may result in a cancellation fee.
